How can I reduce false motion alerts?

1. Sunlight, insects, tree branches, or HVAC(Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)heat may trigger false alarms.

2. Re-aim the camera away from heat sources.

3. In the app: On the Motion Detection page, set Motion Mode to Detect Human.

4. Clean the lens and PIR sensor window regularly.
