Why can’t I add the device to the app?
1. Ensure the camera is on and in sync mode (LED flashing, “Camera is now in sync mode”). If the battery is drained, plug in the camera to charge it first. Once it has power, press the reset button again.
2. Confirm you are connecting to the correct Wi-Fi. Cameras that support only 2.4 GHz cannot connect to 5 GHz networks — make sure you connect to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.
3. In QR code setup mode, make sure you hear a single beep — that sound means the camera has received the network information.
4. Double-check that your Wi-Fi password is correct and case-sensitive.
